SHIPPING

We ship the product with USPS, which usually takes 1-10 business days based on your region. We’re able to ship our products within the US territories that include American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. 

Production and Ship Time

Our products are made to order to ensure our customers have a unique experience and reduce waste. In other words, we do not have an in-stuck product that is ready to ship right away. The production usually takes 3-4 weeks for each dress. The production time varies based on each dress. Once the product is ready, you will receive an email with the confirmation number for the shipping.

NOTE:The color appears on screen might be different in person. We highly suggest ordering our swatches to make sure the color is what you desire.

Please note that we can make any changes to the shipping address 72 hours after the order is placed. We are not responsible for any item stolen, lost, or damaged packages. USPS will be in charge of any change of address, reroute, and other shipping related issue.
