Rush and VIP Rush are available as an add-on with a rush fee. Rush fee is non-refundable even if you decide to return a rushorder of a standard size dress.
Rush: received your dress 7 days earlier with a rush fee of $90 on each wedding dress and $29 each on bridesmaid dress or mother of the bride dress.
VIP Rush: received your dress 14 days earlier with a rush fee of $170 on each wedding dress and $54 each on bridesmaid dress or mother of the bride dress.
We currently only offer rush-order service on selected dresses. This option can only be applied to orders that have NOT been placed/delivered.
Only selected dresses are available for rush order. To check for its availability, you can check the description in the individual product page:
All you need to do is to add the item you want in the shopping cart. In the checkout page, you can click the production time menu to select priority production or expedited shipping with a rush fee. If you don’t see any option in the checkout page, rush order cannot be applied to the item(s).
Dresses that are available for rush-order and dresses that are not available cannot be placed in the same order.
If your cart contains dresses that are available and unavailable for rush-order, you won’t see the rush-order options in the checkout page. We recommend you to order them separately if you want one of your dress(es) to be placed as a rush-order.
If all of the dresses in your cart are available for rush-order, rush fees will be applied to all dresses you selected. We recommend you to order the dress(es) separately if you only want some of your dress(es) to be placed as a rush-order.
