For floor-length dresses in custom sizes, choose the extra length option to fit the height of your heels！i.e, for flats enter”+0” , for 3 inch heels, select”+3”.
Stand straight and look straight ahead. Keep your arm and shoulder relax in a natural position. Measure along the natural curve of your body, from the left shoulder to the right.
The back length measurement is the vertical distance between the base of the neck and waist. Measure from the back to ensure your tape is flat.
The front length measurement is the vertical distance between the base of the neck and waist. Measure from the shoulder-neck point, passing through the bust point, down to the narrowest part of your waist.
Measure vertically from the shoulder-neck point (where your neck meets your shoulder) down to your bust point.
Let your arm rest naturally. Measure around the fullest part of your bicep. Ensure you have a nice snug measurement.
Let your arm relax and rest in a natural position. Your elbow will be slight bent. Measure from the shoulder to elbow and from the elbow to the wrist.
Stand straight and measure the vertical distance from the hollow space between your collarbones to the waist line. The waist line is the narrowest part of your waist, which is usually one inch above your bellybutton.

Rush: received your dress 7 days earlier with a rush fee of $90 on each wedding dress and $29 each on bridesmaid dress or mother of the bride dress.
VIP Rush: received your dress 14 days earlier with a rush fee of $170 on each wedding dress and $54 each on bridesmaid dress or mother of the bride dress.
We currently only offer rush-order service on selected dresses. This option can only be applied to orders that have NOT been placed/delivered.

How long does it take for me to receive the sample dresses?
Your dress will typically ship out within 1~3 days, and you should receive them within 10 business days. Once they are shipped, you will receive the tracking information to know when you will receive the package.
When do I need to return the samples?
You may keep your Try-at-Home sample dresses for up to seven (7) days from the date the package is delivered.Can I Keep or Buy a Sample Dress?
Yes. Try-at-Home sample dresses are eligible for purchase.If eligible, you may purchase your try-on sample through Account > Orders > Detail > Purchase my try-on dress(es).
